I’m looking for good proper horror. My favourite horror book till date is Pet Sematary by Stephen King. Scared me shitless and I wasn’t able to sleep for 2 nights. Psychological horror is fine too but I personally think psych horror is a bit difficult to come across. I watched Silence of the lambs and didn’t find it scary at all. I’m kind of interested in the “mind fuck” genre too but it’s probably not gonna be Halloween appropriate ig? I was thinking of re-reading Pet Sematary but if there’s any other book recs you guys hopefully got that just hit THAT spot between creepy and terrifying, then I’ll give it a try. Gonna be reading the book for 6 hours straight in a dark room with my Kindle.
