im learning english, suggest me an easy book to learn “literature” english.
i’m 17, i graduate next year and i have to be bilingual, i speak the “easy” english, i can have conversations, read an article but i often lose myself when i read books.
Could you suggest me a book?
It’s the wrong approach. It’s better to read genres you enjoy that are higher level vocabulary, get a dictionary and let your motivation to understand the text get you through the slower pace of having to lookup so many words. The process of writing about and discussing your book is also a possible path to quicker language acquisition. The difference between reading a text with 1 new word per sentence vs 1 new word per paragraph is senseless if you aren’t on a deadline.
