I’m never really read many romance books because I always associated them with a lot of tropes. However, I wanted something lighthearted and a little wholesome while still having substantial plot and unique characters. The book that ticked this box for me was See You Yesterday by Rachel Lynn Solomon. I read it in six hours tonight. I’ve also really liked Adam Silvera books, many of which have romance as a plot/subplot.
I’d love suggestions for books similar to those I mentioned, or for those who fit the bill of books with cute/endearing romances without that being the whole plot. Thank you!
