I am trying to come up with a book as a gift for my mom. I really think that growing up, I was not a good son. Pandemic hit and we just opened up to ourselves with thoughts and grew us closer. I got into books because of boredom and it is doing me wonders. I gave her some of my financial books that I’ve already read but now, I think that I need to give her something special. Idk any books that would mean “As your son, I am really sorry for all the troubles.” between the lines or anything that would uplift her as my parent. Thanks guys.

Obligatory disclaimer, I haven’t read this one yet, but The Memory Library by Kate Storey might be exactly what you’re looking for.
