Preferably a male mc who is on the run from law enforcement.

He could be a serial killer, a regular criminal, or maybe he was framed. I’d like it if out main character is intelligent, plays a game of cat and mouse with the Police. It would be cool to see him become one of the most wanted criminals in the country and have fbi get involved and interview him.
