Any books that teach what to do to keep your own mental health in check when people always want to be contentious and not find common ground? I just want to be able to accept that without feeling so bad. It really effects me negatively but shouldn’t. Considering worldviews are being more polarised and some people wanting to be constantly contentious I’m assuming there should be books to help people accept that or help in some way??
