Hi, I just finished One Dark Window and yeah I have the hugest book hangover ever. I loved the main character Elspeth and her inner monologue. I’m hoping to stick to books written in first person and new adult!
Romance on the side would be great too but not with a vampire/ werewolf / ghost please lol. Some spice is also ok but nothing too crazy, I don’t want the typical new romatasy vibe, sorry. I loved the “Cruel Prince” series as well especially because Jude the FMC ( I didn’t mind the love interest being fae since he was very human like) but also I’m trying to get away from YA. I did not like “And I Darken” because I found Lada too unbearable since her cruelness exceeded the reasons why she did what she did.
Other things I loved about “One Dark Window”: the magic, character driven, angst, and action!!!
Any recommendations?
