I’m building a small library of DIY and informative books on topics like home repair, gardening, canning, identifying wild plants, etc. I’m trying to limit the collection to books written by actual humans who know their stuff. Please recommend your favorites. If recommending anything to do with the outdoors, I’m in Western Canada.
While this does give off prepper vibes, I’m not interested in learning how to hunt the neighbors for sport or dinner, nor do I want to put an easy DIY guide to building a trebuchet right in front of my teenager, lol (if he desires mayhem, he can print off a shabby copy of the Anarchist’s Cookbook and then let it molder in a drawer like we had to when we were young).
Thanks in advance
