we’re at the frankfurt book fair, came here with uni, and we thought we’d be able to buy books. what is up with this, it doesn’t seem they sell english books anywhere. ive only seen 1 stand that sold stuff so far, and I’ve been to all the international halls.
penguin books says they’ll sell books on sunday from 11-15h but it says theyre all going to be 50% off so im worried they’ll only be selling the few books they have displayed?? am i correct?

Last year, there were queues for penguin and there was a lot of books then. I don’t know, they May have a lot of books they’re holding and they bring them out. Other stands might also be doing it. Also giving away for free or discounted. Best ask around.
Well the Frankfurt book fair is mostly for traders who buy the rights to translate and distribute. It’s not a regular fair
