I’ve been so zoned out depressed irritated agitated appalled and offensive even sometimes for no reason at all So I’m thinking of reading a book that’ll induce some positive thinking in me like make me fit for society or as my mom says “well behaved”

2 The Power Of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale
I know both books are great but which one is more suitable for me?
