Preferably if the age range is early 20s, if that even counts as coming of age. Especially great if it includes the characters growing apart or having a falling out
Some that I recommend where the characters grow apart or have a falling out are:
Summer Sisters by Judy Blume
Groupies by Sarah Priscus
The Girls from Corona del Mar by Rufi Thorpe
There aren’t any books that come to mind immediately where the characters are in their early 20s for a majority of the book. Perhaps someone else might have some ideas on books like that.

I imagine you’re looking for contemporary fiction? I don’t really know of any contemporary but I just finished a non-contemporary historical fiction (early WW2 set in England) audiobook that was great. The protagonist’s story covers her early 20’s where she’s married to a 39 year old man, her pre-teen, and her teen years in alternating segments that go back at various points in the story. Almost like reading her life’s journal.
“We Must Be Brave” by Frances Liardet. Highly recommended the audiobook for this one if you have the means and can find it.

A Little Life
It’s a tragedy but overall a great book
