I have been in a reading slump for way too long, and I want just the book to help me get into reading again. As the tag, could you please provide me with a good thriller? I like psychological horror, fantasy, literature, and historical books too! And I am open to reading from other genres too.

Winterset Hollow by Jonathan Edward Durham
Horror- Tell me I’m worthless by Alison Rumfitt
Fantasy- The cloud roads by Martha Wells
Historical/time travel- Kindred by Octavia Butler
TH1RT3EN by Steve Cavanaugh – graphic serial killer centered thriller
Mister Magic by Kiersten White- psychological, semi supernatural horror
Black Sheep- psychological, supernatural horror following a religious cult
One Left Alive by Helen Phifer- thriller, indie published
Where You End by Abbott Kahler- thriller, cult centered
Horror – The Clinic by Cate Quinn
Fantasy – The Shepherd King: One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig
Time travel – The Sunflower Protocol by Andre Soares
Some thrillers that I actually enjoyed (not doing many authors bc I’m out and forgot half of the authors I’ve ever read as soon as I read this post lol):
Starve Acre (Andrew Michael Hurley)
The Silent Patient
What Moves the Dead (T Kingfisher)
The Incendiaries
No Exit
Rock Paper Scissors
The Woman in Cabin 10
The Only One Left (Riley someone-or-other!)
As for fantasy, I’d recommend Bridge of Birds by Barry Hughart I think it is, and the Roots of Chaos series by Samantha Shannon. Temeraire was also pretty cool. Good luck, hope you fall back in love with reading!
