This book is filled with experiments through the years and data that shows why we may feel like we can function on very little sleep, that it’s terrible for us to live that way. It breaks down not only why it damages our learning capabilities, but also our health.
I absolutely recommend this book to help your understanding of why we sleep, how much is needed, and tips to help you sleep better.
