I think i’m too attached to life and i’m like i take it too seriously and i’m afraid of dying one day. I know the fear of it is natural but id like to embrace my death more so i can live more freely with the time i have left. I want to learn how to accept more fully that I’m gonna die one day so I don’t let things bother me as much in my day-to-day life. In the meantime. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thank you very much!

My instant thought was Albert Camus’ The Stranger, if you’re keen on a classic that explores philosophical themes (gotta love absurdism). I think Faithful by Alice Hoffman, while very sad as it’s about grief, is good as a letting go of that grief and finding acceptance with that, which may be a help? This is definitely a thinker question!
