Hi All, just recently, I watched Oppenheimer, and I was wondering if there are any biographies (specifically a third person account) of scientists and/or physicists and their lives – not too technical on their work, but a combination of their work and more about how they were with their colleagues and their day to day lives with all politics involved… please help if you have any such suggestions.

If you liked Oppenheimer you’ll love American Prometheus.
The Reason for the Darkness of the Night is also great. It’s about Edgar Allen Poe but has alot to do with his fascination with science
The Age of Wonder by Richard Holmes
