Have lost the drive to put effort in my current job, since the tasks that are for grabs within my role are below my abilities. There are opportunities to get more exciting challenges, but these require effort to get to. I have been at this job for 2 years now and it has killed my work ethics and drive. Any book suggestions, preferably autobiographies or biographies? (Other type of books are welcome too if you think they will boost morale/work ethics/inspire effort)
