As the title says I’m looking for a sci fi book like dune, three body problem or the long winter series. Dune has incredible world building and interesting characters. I especially like how it considers the effects of different world building things. Like how desert dwellers would develop water recycling tech. I also like three body problem and long winter for the same reason. There are massive external threats but they are also fighting within humanity. They all have a similar writing style that is concise and digestible as well. Descriptions aren’t overly fluffy but are effective.
