I’ve recently started therapy to change some negative habits and control my irritability.
Im looking for a book that can help me learn to be more accepting of things happening around me that are out of my control.
I found a book called altered traits by Daniel Goleman, but before I buy I was wondering if anyone knows of something similar that is less academic as I worry that I will get overwhelmed with the science and lose focus.
I also have ADHD so would be interested in any literature involving this, or a combination of the two.
