Just yesterday I read “A blackened Blade” by Isla Davon.
The second book is yet to come out but I want more like it. General summary: FMC is bullied and Locked up for being magicless in a magical world. She dies after being tortured and at her wits end. Only she doesn’t die die. She is reborn 10 years earlier as her past self. This time around she vows to never be weak again and becomes strong physically and mentally. How she takes down her bullies is incredibly satisfying.
