I’m trying so hard to find more books about female killers. My favorite is vigilante but I’m happy for any kind. (I prefer women written by women, but I’m open) Books I’ve already read include:
-How to Kill Men and Get Away With It
-The Writing Retreat
-Bad Men
-How to Kill Your Family
-They Never Learn
-Sweetpea series (I highly recommend!!!)
-every Freida Mcfadden book
-Blood Sugar
-The Kind Worth Killing
-My Sister, the Serial Killer
-Just Like Mother
-My Darling Wife
-The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires
-every Gillian Flynn book
-every Riley Sager book
Books I started and either did not like, or am in the process of reading:
-A Certain Hunger
-Mindf**k series
Books: I’m waiting in line for at the library:
-Maeve Fly
-Finlay Donovan is Killing It
Any left? Let me know if you can think of any!

Killers of a Certain Age, about 60 year old female assassins
Here are a few more that fit for women written by women:
*My Men* by Victoria Kielland (translated by Damion Searls)
*Of Vengeance* by J.D. Kurtness (translated by Pablo Strauss)
Chelsea Cain’s Gretchen Lowell/Archie Sheridan series
*I Miss The World* by Violet LeVoit
*To Be Devoured* by Sara Tantlinger
“Codename Villanelle,” maybe. The show Killing Eve is based on that.
You prefer women writers, but I seem to recall there being a sociopathic murdering woman in “East of Eden.” She’s quite a villain.
Would you consider nonfiction? I’m reading “Why Women Kill” by Ann Jones right now.
A Certain Hunger!!!!!!!!!!
