So I would love to read something in the fantasy/science fiction/paranormal genre that isn’t part of a long series or doesn’t have any deep complex lore.
I liked “A Fairy tale” by Stephen King a lot, but I’ve read so much King I would love to find something else.
I’ve read several books by Neil Gaiman but I couldn’t really get into it for some reason.
I loved “Circe” by Madeline Miller. (Song of Achilles was alright)
Anyone have any suggestions? Preferably no YA romance stuff.
