I am in the process of trying to find a book to help me move forward in life. I can’t recall a book that has helped me feel like I have recalibrated my emotions or thoughts, and grown from reading it.
Which book, or books, have you found to help to be a better version of yourself? It can fiction or non-fiction.

Braiding Sweetgrass, it made me feel whole and a lot more optimistic about nature/environment. Also, I’m a scientist and it goes into some ideas about science. If you are okay with wandering stories and a slower pace it’s a great book, very wholesome/healing.
