Okay, I’m back again for some help from the wonderful people here. I have really gotten into horror movies and tv shows over the past couple years, and I would love to break into the genre in my reading. I’ve tried two this year, and I’ve found myself just not being able to really get into them. I can handle disturbing content but neither of these books have been worth the disturbing content in the end. They are:
-Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn
-How to Sell a Haunted House by Grady Hendrix
Maybe the genre isn’t for me, but I’d like to try exploring a little more. Some movies I really love in the genre:
-The Barbarian
-Hereditary
-The Black Phone
-Run
-Get Out
