Can anyone please suggest me a book, this will be my very first book (except academic books). Recently I’ve been using social media excessively. I want to cut that off get some healthy habits, instead of getting dopamine from internet I want to get it from reading books.
As I’ve already said this will be my very first read, please do leave tips and suggestions for efficient reading. I want to make it a habit
So about the genre, I don’t want to read novels or fiction or something like that. I want something related to real world (not too boring though, haha). I’m 24M(if that matters in suggestions, lol)
Thank you:)

It’s a beautiful memoir about the authors relationship with her mother and her Korean American identity and watching her passaway from cancer
