Hello everyone! I have a friend that I want to help going through a tough time. He said that he’s not happy and feels tired in general and that affected his relationship (he broke up with her girlfriend but there’s no issue in their relationship. He wanted to work on himself and deal everything on his own). I want to get him a book about overcoming his insecurities and how it is okay to seek help (letting his girlfriend be there for him) and how to be happy and find his sense of self again.
I’m not sure if there is a book that fits all of this but please suggest a book that you think my friend needs to read and will appreciate. Thank you.
