I am 28 and I haven’t achieved anything in my life. I am battling multiple mental issues, dropped out of college and basically have not done anything tangible in the last 5-6 years. Because of medications and regular therapy, I am seeing a change now. I feel positive, and hopeful and am determined to change things. But because I’ve lost so much, I don’t know where to start and what I can do.

Some self-help books are very generic and I am at not that level mentally to work on that. I still feel a little weak mentally, so looking for some books which give me purpose in life.
