I’m a Dutch 15-year-old boy. And I want a distraction from my life, and a big and incredible world I can get lost in. I already tried video game suggestions, but there aren’t really any video games that fit my preferences. So I was thinking about a big and complex fantasy or sci-fi book or book series. I know there are many famous ones, a couple that I know of are; Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, Dune, The Wheel of Time, Harry Potter, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and a couple more. Preferably, it would be complex and immersive, and the world and characters would have to be realistic and beautifully crafted. But one problem I have, is that I’m Dutch and I don’t really read many books. So it also has to be easy to read and easy to get into. If there is a big hurdle I have to jump over to enjoy reading it, it will be really hard for me to actually try it. So this is some basic information I want to give you, I will try to respond to the comments so you can better help me and understand my preferences. And thanks for reading this and trying to help me.
