Hello, I am looking for a book about an (East) Asian American protagonist that depicts therapy. I am hoping for a book that addresses the issues that Asian Americans face such as (but not limited to) generational trauma, shame about addressing mental health issues, “third culture kid” problems, etc. Thank you so much in advance!

{{i want to die but i want to eat tboekii}} is a memoir about a south Korean woman working on dealing with her depression and self confidence issues in therapy. The story is told mostly through transcripts.
I thought this was a quick and interesting read.
{{What My Bones Know by Stephanie Foo}} is a memoir about an Asian American woman and her journey to heal from complex trauma through therapy and self-discovery. I found it to be an accurate reflection of intergenerational trauma and the issues that Asian Americans face.
