Hey so ive been wanting to read a sad romance book for a while but havent found one i like. So i know i want a sad romance book that rips my heart out (i mean literally rips it out multiple times and makes it so i cant think about reading it for days after i finished reading it) but i dont really know anything else. I dont have a preference on if it has fantasy in it or not or any trope i jusr want it to rip my heart out and make me cry. If you have any books like that could i have the title and author please. Thanks

“A thousand boy kisses” by Tillie Cole- high school romance
“The Nightingale” by Kristin Hannah- historical fiction with a romance subplot. This will kill you in a lot of ways. Honestly anything by this author would and will kill you.
