I’m reading ‘The elements of color’ by Johannes Itten for self studying and application in my work, yet I have quite some difficulty understanding all of it. I get what he is talking about but feel I lack a deeper understanding. Can anyone recommend books that are better served for a beginner, or written in more understandable language about color theory?
I eventually also want to read Goethe’s work on color theory but fear that if i’m currently expierencing difficulty with Itten, a book from 1810 will be more difficult to read, let alone understand.
