Guys, I’ve got a problem. I struggle hard with character attachment. Many times when I finish reading something where I’ve become attached to the characters (most of the time), I find myself borderline grieving the characters I’ll never get to read about again. I’m sure that sounds honestly pretty pathetic, but I just have never been able to help it. Can anyone relate to this? How do you try to alleviate it?
