i’m looking for a middle aged book that i came across in middle school (now a graduating senior in high school). the plot is about people who are kinda categorized differently than most people because of their genetic makeup. there’s this one girl who is in elementary or middle school and she sees the sky as a different color than green (she’s the protagonist).
the book starts off with her being in a gym class and separated from the other students because she’s technically off the radar because her parents know she’s different. her fellow group students are all “off the radar” and being tested for a physical for the school.
i never finished the book and i have been on a hunt for it. the last time i read this book was around 5-6 years ago and i really really want to read it again. please help me find it, reddit!
