Hello! I recently got an e-reader, and i’ve been really enjoying it. I’m not sure what I want to read next! I hate saying favorites, but if I had to choose my top books are Ashfall by Mike Mullins (the first specifically, but i liked them all), Dark Matter by Blake Crouch (in general though i don’t think i like sciencey books that much), and Bossypants by Tina Fey (i’ve never laughed at a book like that before) I also used to enjoy the Michael Bennett series by James Patterson.

I’ve also ready some thrillers / mysteries / horror like:

Stephen King (Salem’s Lot, Pet Sematary, Carrie, and a short story compilation but i can’t remember the name)

Night of the Mannquins by Stephen Graham Jones

American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis.

I appreciate any recs, who matter the genre! Doesn’t necessarily have to be dark like most of the books I’ve read 😅

    1. There’s a bunch of free ebooks on public domain.

      Gutenberg.org

      Standardebooks.org

      Probably classics like:

      Dracula

      Portrait of Dorian Gray

      Lovecraft’s complete works

      Frankenstein

I know you want to scratch that new ebook reader itch. This is the cheapest way to do it, for now.

      Libby app is another way.
