Just finished Shades of Gray 2.
I was lucky to have read Shades of Gray 6 months before Red Side Story came out…. I can’t imagine reading SoG in 2009 and waiting all this time for the sequel! I was getting sadder with every page turned because I knew the book was coming to an end and I didn’t want it to finish…
I have to say, now that I’ve finished Red Side Story, I find myself feeling pretty down. I love the books and the story so much and I don’t want to start another book because I know it won’t compare.
What did you guys think of Red Side Story? Do you have any recommendations for something distopian-like to match Jasper Fforde storytelling? And lastly, how do you deal with the sadness of finishing a book and not wanting to start a new one?
