I’ve been thinking about picking up “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker, but I’ve heard about potential scientific errors in the book. As someone who values accurate information, I want to make sure I’m making a worthwhile investment of my time.

The criticism isn’t about the science. It has to do with the style of writing, since it’s his first book.
