I was always in a search of book for improving communication skills and once I came across this best seller called *How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carneige.* Pls tell me whether this book fits into the category I mentioned above.
Also suggest me any other book that fits into the category.

Well your post title is misleading, it sems like you posted your own review, so that might be why people are downvoting.
Yes that book will improve your communication skills and more fundamentally your relations to others and way you perceive others. Go for it. Absolutely. He gives a lot of examples that might feel long and redundant but you can skim them quickly and focus on the teachings of this book.
You can also check “Getting to Yes” by Fisher & Ury, it’s more about negociations.
