I just finished reading “Jane Doe” by Victoria Helen Stone and “No Exit” by Taylor Adams and they were both AMAZING. I love psychological thrillers, especially if the fmc is incredibly bold and daunting, and if there’s some comedic relief.
The fmc in Jane Doe was very witty and sarcastic so it made the story funny in a dark way. The mmc in No Exit was hilarious and it was in perfect harmony to the fmc’s wit. I loved, loved, loved it.
Anyway, I’m looking for books without damsels in distress, some wit/good banter and just generally fast-paced. I’m open to other genres, like romance, sci-fi and fantasy—but my preference is psychological thriller 🙂
