Blurred lines between psychological and supernatural?
Looking for a fiction title that is suspenseful and blurs the line between psychological and supernatural. Even better if, by the end of the book, the reader is still quite unsure which. TY!
Charlotte Gilman’s “The Yellow Wallpaper” is a great and creepy short story from the perspective of a pregnant woman which tells you a bit about the attitudes towards women in the late 19th century. Historically interesting as well some Victorian wallpapers literally made you mad because they were coated in arsenic.

I am certain this is not what you want but technically Calvin and Hobbs fits.
