Hi friends! I am looking for a good book or series you might recommend for a scifi or fantasy that has a fair bit of *spice*. 🤌🏼
I typically lean more toward intense stories with complex magic systems and politics etc etc. But I also really enjoy a good romantasy ala Fourth Wing, Serpent & the Wings of Night.
My issue is that when reading books like ACOTAR I don’t mind them but I just feel a little underwhelmed by the writing style. Looking for suggestions that are have YA vibes, but I find these often have the most exciting romance/ *adult content*.

EDIT TO ADD: The only books I’ve read that really hit the nail on the head are Kushiel’s Dart by Jacquelin Carey & maybe Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier…so good.
