Firstly, I already have Kindle Paperwhite from 2013 which works perfectly well even after a decade. But I’ve always had this itch to try out an iPad or an iPad Mini. However, I never really found a good use-case for an iPad, which is why I never purchased one. Plus, I also wanted to try out iPad Mini before going to an iPad. So, this is like an experiment to me, and hence I don’t to spend a lot of money on it.
So, I’m thinking of getting an old iPad Mini 4 – mainly for reading PDFs, epubs, and etc. And also browsing the web and reading online articles and such. (I don’t want to go for iPad Mini 6 because I kinda like the old design than 6, and also the 6 is too expensive to be an experimental purchase for me.)
So, is iPad Mini 4 worth it for my planned usage?
**EDIT:** I also have various magazines and artbooks that I want to read which are not compatible with Kindle. And there are certain art apps that I want to use on a screen bigger than my iPhone. It’s all reading mostly, but not exactly just ebooks.
