This is quite an open prompt but I am interested in fiction books where the central theme is the relationships of humans with nature. This could be books about foragers, naturalists, conservationists, about a natural setting playing a crucial role to the plot (think the Secret Garden), about the environment at large (think the Word for World is Forest), where nature is sinister (Annihilation) or becomes an anthropomorphized character (The Island of Missing Trees). Or any other interesting representation of a the relationships between humans and nature. Preferably classics/modern classics/books of literary significance (bonus points if of non-western cannon), but I’ll read anything interesting/entertaining/well-written! TY!
