Hi everyone! I’m researching the second death for a paper I’m writing and I’m struggling to find resources that are NOT religious.
I’m looking at the second death like how Hemingway put it: “Every man has two deaths, when he is buried in the ground and the last time someone says his name. In some ways men can be immortal.”
Are there any pieces of literature that refer to the second death like this? (Or any resources really)
I am not looking at the second death as referred to in the Bible, or any other religious texts.
