Southpaw, War of the Worlds, Prisoners. These movies all centre a good Dad. Whether they’re trying to better themselves to get custody, surviving a cyber-alien apocalypse, or going to great lengths to solve a mystery, the Dads in these movies are dedicated and interesting and loving, and I wanna read a book with one like them! Please give me your suggestions – any genre, but preferably with a daughter character! 🙂

If you’ve not read To Kill a Mockingbird, it features one of the best Dads in all of fiction.
