I know what thing or habits are bad for me and I also know what are the correct actions that needs to taken for them.. I want to fix those things in my life but still I don’t take any action against them
I need structure to do things, and that book guided me to think about all the things in my life that I need to do, and present a system how to do them.
Sidenote: Big, sudden changes rarely work. Start with small, regular changes, they quickly compound over time.
