I’m looking for something akin to *Bone Doll’s Twin* by Lynn Flewelling. I don’t care for if the exact method involves reincarnation, possession, body swap, or whatever else, but I prefer fantasy though any suggestion is welcomed. Any recommendations with a general theme of identity loss or confusion are also appreciated.

You can look into east asian novels with the trope isekai/transmigration. It’s usually a person from the modern world who usually gets transported to another universe and needs to live as someone else for various reasons
