I like legal thrillers, police procedurals. Just looked at and rejected a Scott Turow book. I’ve read and enjoyed all the Rebus books.

Try the Mitch Rapp series by Vince Flynn. Every one of the series is good

You might also like Robert Dugoni’s Tracy Crosswhite series – the first book is *My Sister’s Grave*. Another recommendation is Robert B. Parker’s Spenser series, first book is *The Godwulf Manuscript.*

One last suggestion – Clive Cussler’s The Oregon Files novels, first book is *Golden Buddha.*

I love Jonathan Kellerman’s Alex Delaware series and Stephen White’s Alan Gregory series.

And another vote for Vince Flynn/Mitch Rapp. They’re fantastic.
