I’m looking to add to the number of libraries I have linked to my Libby app, specifically for ebooks and audiobooks.
My local library only has access to newspapers and magazines.
I’m wondering if anyone knows of other libraries that don’t charge fees for people who live outside of that specific county to get a card AND that also allow said card to be used for Libby.
I can’t get around much due to disability so library apps can literally be a life saver.

I live in the UK and I while I have digital cards, I’ve definitely had to pay if I reside outside the area (and in some cases, you can’t even get the card if you’re a non-resident).
I would recommend trying the Internet Archive though, it might be helpful.
You can get a library card for any borough in the London Libraries Consortium. You just need a UK address. [https://llc.ent.sirsidynix.net.uk/client/en_GB/default](https://llc.ent.sirsidynix.net.uk/client/en_GB/default)
