As a junior data scientist I understand that a lot of the field is selling your ideas to business people. Usually they give me idea on what I want and then I sell them a product model/algorithm to solve their problem. But I also have to persuade them it is good. Now I need stats/domain knowledge to do so, but I am interested to read books after work and instead of a novel I prefer a book on sales/psychology that firstly takes me alway from the coding/algorithms/stats state and that I can also learn something from.
