Looking for more reads like the Thursday Murder Club, Everyone in my Family Has Killed Someone, Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers, and Liane Moriarty books.
I’ve read Marlow Murder Club and did not enjoy it, and I am on the waitlist for Finlay Donovan is Killing It.
What other books like these do you enjoy? Seriously loving Vera Wong’s right now, and the audiobook is great.

For an iconic mystery that combines a sharp detective with the atmospheric fog of London, I always recommend ‘The Hound of the Baskervilles’ by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Sherlock Holmes’ investigation into the legend of a fearsome hound is both thrilling and intellectually engaging.
[Stealing Stanley](https://www.amazon.ca/Stealing-Stanley-Margot-Harley-Caper/dp/1739012607) by Christopher Courtin is a super fun Murder mystery/ heist kind of thing. It had Thursday Murder Club vibes to me (and is set on Vancouver Island where I live which made it extra cool for me).
If you’re ok with some older works, The Cat Who series by Lillian Jackson Braun are generally lighter murder mysteries with some good humor.
