Suggest me book that changed your way to live life

Hi! I’m looking for a good book. Something that hits you strong, with a beautiful style of writing (not to hard to understand tho) and a moving plot.
I would love to read something about loneliness/heathy love/trauma…Not a big fan of fantasy or sci-fi
